What You’ll Bring
1–2 years’ experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, or Programmatic (agency or in-house)
Hands-on skills in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads
A passion for data, performance metrics, and continuous improvement
Programmatic experience is a plus
Fluency in Chinese is an advantage
