‘We’re all in’: Optus teams up with Emotive for new campaign

Optus has teamed up with Emotive for a new campaign and platform, ‘We’re All In’.

The platform focuses on the demands of small businesses, while acknowledging the importance and influence of their surrounding communities on their success. Consequently, the campaign emphasises that Optus is dedicated to championing them and supporting their wins through its “community of local business experts”, 24/7 online support and network.

“When we say we’re all in’ it’s much more than an advertising line. It’s a commitment we’re making to our small business customers. We’ve done a huge amount of work behind the scenes to create a more seamless experience for our customers,” said Optus’ senior director, marketing, enterprise and business, Alexandra Sloane.

“We continue to make huge strides with our award-winning network, and we’ll continue to invest in our FutureFit program aimed at providing small businesses with the necessary digital skills they need to thrive. So, when we say ‘we’re all in’ for small business, we really mean it.”

“There’s a lovely truth in the help and support small business owners need to run a small business,” added Emotive’s group creative director, Darren Wright.

“From friends, family, partners and business experts like Optus all leaning in, lending a hand and being there when they’re needed most. We wanted to bring that story to life with some warmth and understanding that will hopefully engage the small business community.”

Launching Australia-wide from September 29, the platform leverages retail store, social, out-of-home (OOH), owned assets and digital channels, along with 15-second/30-second spots on TV.

The campaign comes around the time Optus Business renewed its partnership with business reality show, Shark Tank, in 2024, while deploying a partnership with SmartCompany – a publication dedicated to entrepreneurs and rising companies.

While Shark Tank is expected begin airing in the middle of October, audiences can witness “integrated Business content … [roll] out with Smart Company throughout the year.”
