Endemol set to farewell head of development and head of digital
Production house Endemol Australia is set to farewell its head of development Nathan Gibbs imminently, with head of digital Lulu Wilkinson also preparing to depart the company in the next few months.
Gibbs had been with Endemol since 2007, when it was known as Southern Star, joining the production house as a development producer. Since then he has worked with the company as a consulting executive and executive producer working on shows such as Beauty & the Geek and Undercover Boss before being promoted to the head of development in January 2012.
Prior to his time with Endemol, Gibbs worked with Seven as a producer.
Wilkinson is set to leave in the coming months and has been with the company for just over seven years in the head of digital role. She has worked on the development and production of online and television properties, creating brand extensions and original digital platforms on shows such as Big Brother, Offspring, Legally Brown, Ready Steady Cook, Deal or No Deal, Puberty Blues and the upcoming Gallipoli on Nine and Party Tricks on Ten.
Prior to her time with Endemol she worked as a freelance journalist, producing content for Cosmopolitan, US Magazine, Dolly, Cleo, Our People, NW, Frankie, Australia’s Surfing Life, Sydney Morning Herald, New Woman, and FilmInk.
Endemol said it was too early to comment on how these positions would be filled.

That’s a massive loss for Endemol – two senior execs at once. Lulu is really innovative and full of energy and Nathan has brought a lot of knowledge. That’s a huge amount of experience walking away!
