Dear Fairfax, you know what I really think..?
When Fairfax New Zealand’s executive editor Sinead Boucher sent an email out celebrating record traffic figures for Stuff.nz, it appears that some people on the mailing list were not all that interested in sharing her enthusiasm.
In a reply that went to every Fairfax New Zealand inbox, the humourless recipient shot back a curt note providing a brief critique of Fairfax’s journalism:
Fortunately, the reply came not from a Fairfax staffer, as Boucher quickly pointed out on Twitter: 
Update 10.55am: Dr Mumbo understands the person in question may have been a former Fairfax staffer.

Why not halve your page size, double your traffic, look like a hero in your own eyes, and then watch your audience decline.
