Former Bullfrog partners unveil next move, launch ‘a clubhouse for ideas’

Former Bullfrog partners, Matilda Hobba, Simon Bagnasco, and Alex Speakman and Saatchi & Saatchi’s Mac Wright have joined forces to launch Pembleton, a “clubhouse for ideas”.

The four will bring together creative, strategy, leadership, and project management experience. Bagnasco, Speakman and Wright worked together for several years at Saatchi & Saatchi, before joining Hobba for a stint at Bullfrog where they worked as partners.

Described to “deliver the best creative and strategic work for all manners of brands and businesses”, Pembleton will feature a a more flexible model to reflect changes in the industry.

With more clients rejecting retainer models, and more bringing capabilities in-house, Pembleton will allow brands and companies to collaborate with exclusively senior talent, in an efficient environment.

“We wanted to create a place where everything was stripped back; A team of four senior people, across three key disciplines, working hand-in-hand with those closest to the business problem, on a project basis,” said Hobba.

“A place where brands and brand custodians receive the creative and strategic focus they need, from experienced talent they know can deliver. All without layers or fluff.”
