Headspace hands brand strategy and creative to CX Lavender

Full-service customer experience agency, CX Lavender, will handle national brand strategy and campaign creative for youth mental health organisation Headspace, following a competitive tender.

The appointment comes after NoisyBeast launched Headspace’s first national fundraising campaign in October.

The new partnership extends on CX Lavender’s work to-date with organisation, developing a new brand architecture and narrative honing in on Headspace’s range of services available to young people of all mental health needs, not just those in crisis.

The first major campaign to come from the new partnership is due to roll out nationally from July 2023 and run for the remainder of the calendar year.

Headspace head of brand, marketing and communications, Brett Reardon, said: “Our experience with CX Lavender has shown them to be smart, creative advocates both for headspace and for youth mental health. They are the perfect partners to help bring our story to life for young people all over Australia.”

CX Lavender CEO, Adam Washington, added: “In a partnership with headspace, we saw a unique opportunity to positively influence Australia’s youth mental health conversation and shine a light on headspace’s critical services. The work is both creatively exciting and culturally important – and it’s inspiring and hugely rewarding for our team.”
