Brand and Communications Lead

Wow – a company that actually delivers a true family and community culture, with an amazing “people first” approach. If you are an experienced Marketing Campaigns manager and are looking for a warm and genuine work environment, this role is for you.

You’ll be working across a suite of well-known and very established household brands, managing a wide range of communications campaigns. With a skew to Digital, you’ll also handle campaigns across integrated channels including Social, ATL and Print. You’ll do everything from developing briefs to trafficking work and managing implementation, so will need strong organisational and attention to detail skills. You’ll also report on campaign results, do some copy writing and editing, and be able to influence and guide creative output. Most importantly, you’ll need to be highly collaborative – you’ll work with external agencies and partners, internal resources and alongside a strong Marketing team, and will report through to the Brand & Communications Manager.

This role would suit candidates with an Advertising agency background or you may have worked in-house in a similar role. You’ll need at least three to four years experience, and be able to work independently, dealing with stakeholders at all levels. An interest in cooking would be highly regarded but not essential.

This company has worked hard to develop a nurturing, supportive environment with flexibility at it’s core, and hybrid conditions in place. There’s a great long-term career plan in place, and some great incentives and rewards on offer too. The role is located in the northern suburbs of Perth.

A wonderful opportunity to take the next step in your Marketing career in one of the best work environments we have encountered.
