Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage websites, paid search, social media strategies, and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
This pivotal role will drive the evolution of our B2B/B2C e-commerce and marketing initiatives across several of our profit-for-purpose business units, including first aid training, professional aquatic safety and UAV (drone) services.

Some of the key duties will include:
Supporting the development of campaign strategies and contributing to execution across various digital channels
Developing and executing paid and organic content strategies to drive brand love and commercial impact
Assisting in implementing and driving digital initiatives, including e-commerce projects
Leading website development and implementing SEO optimisation to enhance visibility and engagement
Managing social media accounts, ensuring engaging organic content
Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging email marketing campaigns (eDMs)
Monitoring and analysing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Helping to collect, analyse, and leverage CRM data to refine marketing efforts and track audience engagement
Tracking, analysing and reporting on SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions
What you’ll need:
A solid digital marketing skill-set with expertise across content creation, social management, analytics, CRM systems and marketing automation
Experience designing and managing a holistic digital marketing strategy with an emphasis on lead generation, customer acquisition and retention
Experience in website development and management
Experience designing and implementing SEO strategies that promote organic growth, boost traffic, and increase conversions
Ability to drive high value traffic to our websites through owned and paid channels
Solid understanding of e-commerce operations with hands-on experience using platforms
Experience with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle marketing, with a focus on creating and optimising customer journeys
Ability to design and implement a social media marketing strategy and manage content creation
Desirable skills and knowledge:
Several years’ experience delivering targeted marketing communications to segmented audiences
Experience in Salesforce CRM platform, Pardot or similar
Proficient in WordPress CMS management
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing tools
A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is highly regarded
