Senior Graphic Designer

We have partnered with a leading Australian luxury fashion and accessories brand to source a talented Graphic Designer to join their North Sydney team (close to public transport). This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate-level designer with a genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and brand storytelling.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing, and E-commerce teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the brand. You will be responsible for delivering premium, design-led assets across digital, print, retail, and campaign channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Graphics & Visual Identity: Create high-quality assets that reflect and elevate the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency across the brand. Develop branded templates and enhance visual language to support a cohesive design system.

• Paid Marketing & Campaign Assets: Design compelling visuals for campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital display formats. Deliver print-ready OOH and magazine assets, optimising for brand consistency and performance.

• Digital, Social & eDM Design: Produce digital assets for EDMs, banners, website updates, and promotional content. Create engaging graphics for both organic and paid social aligned with platform best practices.

• Print & Retail Collateral: Deliver impactful packaging, swing tags, POS, lookbooks, press kits, and in-store signage to support seasonal retail graphics.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, external suppliers, and vendors to ensure strong communication, high service levels, and efficient delivery. Contribute ideas to improving processes and outcomes.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
• Experience in a similar role within a fashion/retail or premium brand
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience of using UX tools such as Figma is nice to have
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work comfortably within a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest and knowledge of the fashion retail industry
• Self-motivated individual who works well autonomously and within a team
• Excellent communication skills, professional, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude
