An Ogilvy spoksperson said: “KFC wanted to find a compelling new way of differentiating their burger range to remind people that when it comes to burgers, KFC satisfies your craving like nothing else. This new campaign taps in to the inevitable moment in a relationship when someone asks – ‘can I have a bite?'”

By god isn’t this boring.
Pretending the burger is actually a “double-hander” – Check
The burger coming out of the wrapping with structural integrity, rather than a sloppy mess of lettuce and mayo- Check
Vast disparity in the attractiveness of man and woman- Check
“KFC wanted to find a compelling new way of differentiating their burger range to remind people that when it comes to burgers, KFC satisfies your craving like nothing else.” – then why create an ad that’s been made 50 times before?

The question that really needs to be asked in this ad is “Are you going to put that f***ing burger on a f***ing plate, or were you brought up by wolves?”

Get down to the Oxford Hotel in Petersham (Sydney) and see how a real fried chicken burger is made. Yummo.

If this is representative of the advertising industry that we operate in then someone pass the revolver, because it’s a world I want no part in.
Worst creative I’ve seen in a very long time. Shame on the client, who no doubt lead the production of this one-dimensional drivel.
I feel sorry for the creatives at Ogilvy who have this blot on their CV.
