MILKRUN explains unexplainably fast delivery via in-house creative production

Grocery and alcohol delivery app MILKRUN has launched a new tongue-in-cheek campaign giving viewers a look at the behind the scenes of the MILKRUN process.

Borne out of MILKRUN’s in-house creative team, the new campaign shows how the MILKRUN team manages to pick, pack and deliver in minutes.

The 90-second hero spot features a spokesperson who not only introduces the brand and explains how it works, but plays more than 10 characters that represent the different team members and customers that make MILKRUN what it is.

Matt Knapp, head of creative at MILKRUN, said: “Written, directed, and produced in-house, the MILKRUN Explainer video is a critical piece of educational creative for the brand. While the 90-second piece is the hero, it was designed in a modular way so we could create countless cutdowns for our website, streaming, paid, and organic social. It also features the word ‘fuck’ which we’re extremely proud of.”

The campaign will appear ‘everywhere except broadcast TV’, with variations of the spot rolling out across owned, streaming, paid and organic social.
