Nedd Brockmann appoints Lynx ‘the true GOAT of fragrances’

Lynx Australia is teaming up with long-distance runner Nedd Brockmann to highlight Lynx Africa as “the true GOAT of fragrances!”

Brockmann and Lynx’s new partnership will run for two years, beginning this month. Brockmann’s involvement with the campaign begins with a Q&A session featuring him working out while showcasing the sweat-blocking power of Lynx Africa.

The 24-year-old electrician is also encouraging his followers to share “the Lynx effect” via TikTok with a chance to win a $30K cash price. Lynx and Brockmann have also teamed up to design limited-edition Budgy Smugglers. All profits made from the swimwear’s sales will go towards We Are Mobilise – a charity that seeks to raise awareness of homelessness.

“I’m pumped to be partnering with Lynx, and having them come on board to support me and my mission to support those less fortunate than ourselves,” Brockmann said.

“I’m all about working with people who are like minded, and I love the energy of Lynx and the fact that they are backing me over the next couple of years – it also helps that I’m a massive fan of the product and have been using it for years! I’ve loved working with the Lynx team on the campaign, including the Budgy Smugglers collaboration, and I can’t wait to see what people post for the competition. Lessgooo!”

It is hoped Brockmann’s involvement with the Lynx Africa campaign will reinvigorate the deodorant brand for the next generation of consumers.

Anna Tracey, senior marketing manager for Lynx, expressed her excitement at having Brockmann’s energy and enthusiasm on board.

“Nedd and Lynx are the perfect fit; he is full of enthusiasm, has a great sense of humour and is determined to make a difference – what’s not to love?

“We are thrilled to have him as part of the team. Nedd has accomplished incredible things, and we cannot wait to see what’s next for him and how Lynx can support him.”

Brockmann and Lynx are set to team up again in 2024, with the deodorant brand sponsoring the next race.
