Thinkerbell names 13CABS as first client

Adam Ferrier, Jim Ingram and Ben Couzens’ new agency Thinkerbell has announced its first client win after being appointed to the 13CABS account.

13CABS COO Stuart Overell and Thinkerbell’s Jim Ingram.

The agency will handle all creative and strategy for the public face of Cabcharge as the taxi industry takes on the incursion of Uber to the Australian market.

13CABS chief operating officer, Stuart Overell, said the appointment was an important part of the next stage of promoting the company which is responsible for more than half of all taxis on the road in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Commenting on the win, agency co-founder Jim Ingram said the brand presented a great opportunity.

“13CABS is a brilliant business. We’ve been brought in to help build the entire brand, from driver recruitment right through to consumer facing coms,” Ingram said.

“And as we understand more about the role 13CABS actually plays in the lives of regular Australians, the more we want people to realise that cabs are a part of the fabric of our community.”

The appointment comes five months after 13CABS appointed former Specsavers head of national marketing, Liz Attia, the the role of head of marketing.

“I’ve worked with Jim, Cuz and Adam for several years, and love the energy and behaviour change focus of Thinkerbell and their ‘Measured Magic’,” Attia said.
