Here Come the Habibs falls to 800,000 as Wanted audiences lifts to 962,000 viewers
Nine’s comedy Here Come the Habibs saw its audience fall for the fourth consecutive week.
From a debut of 1.249m in early February the show last night managed just 800,000 viewers making it the 10th most-watched show of the night, according to OzTAM overnight metro ratings.
Meanwhile Seven’s Rebecca Gibney drama, Wanted, grew its audience – recording 962,000 – while My Kitchen Rules was the most-watched show of the night with 1.496m.
While MKR won the 7:30pm time slot, a new episode of The Big Bang Theory drew 811,000 while Ten’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! drew an audience of 688,000.
The Habibs performed strongly in the younger demographics, pulling second place in 16-39s and 18-49s.
In the news race, Seven won both the 6:00pm and 6:30pm bulletins, with 1.062m and 1.026m, while Nine had 999,000 and 935,000, respectively.
In audience share, Seven won the night with a main channel audience of 26.3%, Nine achieved 18.1%, Ten 15.2%, and the ABC 10.4%.
