Account Manager

My client is a full service growing boutique agency in Richmond. They are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Account Manager with 2 – 3 years local agency experience to work on their on the project management of their busy TV campaigns for their biggest retail account. You will be working alongside a professional Client Service Director as well as the TV producer.

The role:

You will need to creative for the production of retail as well as brand TVC’s and liaise with clients, suppliers as well as the media and TV producer to ensure that TVC’s are produced and approved on time, on budget and key numbers are supplied to all stakeholders.

This is a very busy role and requires 100% attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Day to day contact with clients and suppliers to obtain briefs and share information, timelines and approvals of campaigns
Attend weekly WIPS, update and implement with assistance from Client Service Director
Manage media schedules and approvals with internal media department and suppliers
Raise Purchase Orders, Job Bags and Estimates on Streamtime
Generate key numbers for retail and brand TVC’s
Organise briefing sessions with suppliers for creative and Client Service Director
Key contact for revisions of creative and seeking approvals
Oversee production elements of TVC with Client Service Director
and Production Manager
Proof read all creative elements to make sure everything is 100% correct
Keep Streamtime and the server up-to-date – saving all the material to the server
Assist when necessary with CAD and dub dispatch to stations
Support the Client Service Director with new client opportunities as they arise
Build client relationships
Seek new opportunities within the client and suppliers
Work closely with the Production Manager and be across the REMIX & Radio Packages

Qualities:
Possess a ‘can do’ attitude both internally and externally
Attention to detail
Able to write a creative brief
Previous client relationship experience and ability to provide a clear demonstration on how you can manage client and internal expectations
Highly organised, ability to prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively and efficiently.
