Work closely with sales team to deliver client & agency presentations and media plans
Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and agencies as the first point of contact when sales team are on the road
Campaign management; working with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client & agency campaigns
Provide efficient support to sales team and key stakeholders through a range of administration tasks
The role is full time and reports to the Melbourne Sales Director. The office is located in CBD, on Lonsdale St, Melbourne.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED
A minimum 12 months experience in the industry;
The ability to work effectively in a fast past environment;
Experience in sales including online sales experience (preferred);
Excellent communication and people management skills including establishing credibility and building effective internal and external working relationships;
To be highly organised with attention to detail, resilience and determination to achieve the desired results;
To work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a regular basis;
A highly passionate and collaborative attitude.
Computer skills essential, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint proficient
