Arnott’s and BBC Studios create Arnott’s Bluey Muesli Bars

Arnott’s has teamed up with BBC Studios to create the Arnott’s Bluey Muesli Bars.

The announcement:

Wackadoo! Snacking keeps getting more and more fun as Arnott’s teams up again with BBC Studios on a brand new Bluey offering; Arnott’s Bluey Muesli Bars. Full of fun flavour, this delicious new range hits supermarket shelves from this month.

For the first time ever, Arnott’s is venturing into the muesli bar aisle with scrumptious new Arnott’s Bluey Muesli Bars in two delicious flavours: Yoghurt & Fancy Fruit, and Sherbet. Arnott’s is continuing their relationship with BBC Studios, co-commissioner, and global distributor of Bluey, to bring the exciting extension to shelves.

The muesli bars will be the third product in Arnott’s much-loved Bluey range, with their Bluey Biscuit multi-packs launching in June last year, before expanding into share packs in January 2023.

Boasting an impressive Health Star Rating (HSR) of 4, the new muesli bars provide a good source of fibre, are lunchbox friends and Australian made.

Yoghurt & Fancy Fruit: A good source of fibre, these delicious fruity bars sing with apple and blackcurrant notes and feature the traditional flavours of breakfast – berries and creamy yogurt.
Sherbet: Adding an extra fizz to snacking, sherbet muesli bars are sure to be a favourite of any Bluey fan with delicious strawberry and vanilla notes. Made from whole grain oats and paired with fizzy fruit sprinkles, they’re the perfect snack to round off any meal.

Vanessa Shannon, marketing manager, The Arnott’s Group said: “Aussies adore Bluey and we are thrilled to continue partnering with BBC Studios to bring her into people’s lunchboxes. We know Aussie families are loving our Bluey biscuits, so we have taken that feedback to expand into a brand new space, and produce muesli bars for the first time. We’re proud to continue offering wholesome, fun snacking options to Australian families, and we know this new launch will be a huge hit!”

BBC Studios’ ANZ head of licensing and brands, Kate O’Connor, said: “We absolutely love surprising our fans with new and unique products, and we think adults and kids alike will be delighted with these 4 Health Star muesli bars cleverly disguised as treats. We’re thrilled to work with Arnott’s on breaking new ground in the snack aisle once again.

Arnott’s Bluey Muesli Bars retail from $6.00 and hit snack aisles at all major grocery stores from 7 March 2023 — sure to make a welcome addition to any lunchbox!

NOTE: The Arnott’s Group acquired cereal and snack manufacturer Good Food Partners in 2020. GFP are responsible for making a range of snacks and cereals and have allowed The Arnott’s Group new capabilities to extend outside of the biscuit aisle.
