CommBank drops new spot addressing home loan customer demands

Commonwealth Bank has launched a new campaign showcasing the support it gives to customers during the home lending journey.

It highlights the various pathways provided by the bank to help Aussies buy a home and achieve their property ownership goals.

Using The Cat Empire’s hit song ‘Hello’, similarly to its recently-launched campaign for CommBank Yello, the spot addresses a number of common customer demands, and Boundy said she wanted to ensure it heroes CommBank’s network and strength.

“Whether customers are seeking a digital home lending experience or desire face-to-face support and service, CommBank is here to assist,” said Jo Boundy, chief marketer at CommBank.

“At CommBank, customers can not only access a suite of competitive and flexible home lending solutions, but they can also enjoy personalised support every step of the way and it’s been wonderful to shine a light on this support through our new advertising campaign.”

“Through our campaign, we’ve been able to truly hero some of our amazing real-life home lenders and the wonderful support they provide to our customers every single day.

The brand recently topped YouGov’s January Biggest Brand Movers list .

The campaign is live across TV, OOH, radio, social, digital display, and print, including the CommBank Brighter magazine.
