Customer experience agency MercerBell wins two new clients
Customer experience agency, MercerBell, has won the Glen Innes Severn Council and technology platform Class Limited as clients.
The agency will be working on a B2B account for Class Limited that includes a rebrand and reimagining its business transformation strategy.
MercerBell was selected by Class Limited based on its work for long-term clients Caltex, Toyota Financial Services and Qantas Business Rewards.
Jason Wilson, Class Limited CCO, commented: “Our partnership with MercerBell will help us deliver on some of the complex communication challenges that we face as a result of our growth and acquisitions. It is great to have such a highly regarded agency on board.”
For the Glen Innes Severn Council, the agency will be tasked with driving tourism to the region following the development of a new digital strategy and ecosystem.
Margot Davis, manager of economic development at Glen Inness Severn Council, said: “MercerBell stood out due to their deep understanding of customers and focus on creating behaviour change. Their depth of expertise in this space will be critical on such an important project to change the economic profile of this part of regional Australia.”
MercerBell CEO, Julie Dormand, commented on the new accounts.
“The team at MercerBell are thrilled to be working with Class Limited and Glen Innes Severn Council, both of which are at pivotal points of their change journey.”
In December, MercerBell co-founder, David Bell, departed the agency and was followed a month later by fellow co-founder, Nick Mercer.
