Cayla Dengate
Cayla Dengate is a motivated journalist with a strong history in newspapers and a passion for online media.
Through her roles as fashion editor/reporter for The Canberra Times and features editor/reporter for mX Brisbane, she’s interviewed everyone from then-Prime Minister Kevin Rudd to fashion designer Collette Dinnigan and Socceroo Harry Kewell.
She has also sub edited for several publications, and is adept at simple graphic design, lay out, proof reading and headline writing.
Cayla has also created media kits, press releases and written content for a variety of businesses, including commercial galleries, fashion designers and musicians.
In 2011, she launched a website dedicated to the art of music videos. Music Vid Kid showcases the smartest, sexiest and strangest videos as they’re released around the globe as well as interviews with industry insiders.
