WRITING
Health, wellbeing, inspirational people and travel are my key areas, and I regularly contribute articles to the Sydney Morning Herald, The Sun Herald, Courier Mail and The Age, plus a host of national magazines.
I also write about pregnancy and kids’ health and have a keen interest in nutrition. I am an associate member of the Australian Society of Travel Writers and have written extensively on Asia, Europe and Australia. Travel that challenges the mind, body and spirit is a particular passion, and I have contributed to a guidebook on this topic.
