Hayden Isaacs steps in for Magda Triantafyllidis at WhiteGREY

WhiteGREY has welcomed former Cummins&Partners talent Hayden Isaacs as interim-managing partner in Melbourne, as Magda Triantafyllidis departs on a six-month sabbatical.

Triantafyllidis’ joined the WPP agency in February 2022 after national MD Katie Firth left for DDB Group in October of the previous year. She had previously been managing director at WPP’s bespoke full-service Ford offering in Australia and New Zealand, which has recently been reinvigorated after winning back Ford’s creative account from Clemenger BBDO in November.

Magda Triantafyllidis will commence 6 months of leave

Triantafyllidis, who also spent time at Cummins&Partners between 2011 an 2015, plans to return to her position in mid-2023, following a leave period that includes three months of long service leave and three months studying behavior change at Monash University.

CEO whiteGREY, Lee Simpson said: “We are delighted to welcome Hayden to the team, he brings over 20 years of experience working in the advertising & marketing space in both agency and client-side roles.”

Simpson continued: “We are fully supportive of Magda’s decision and applaud her for following her dream to extend her studies. The knowledge that Magda will gain from the fascinating world of behavioural science will be invaluable and will add to the behaviour change experience we have in the agency when she returns. But in the meantime, we wish her a happy long service leave with her family and a well-earned rest before she picks up her books and starts her studies in Feb.

Triantafyllidis added: “It says a lot about an organisation when you ask for six month’s leave of absence and the first thing your boss says to you ‘ok let’s make this work’.” whiteGREY has been totally supportive of my decision and luckily I have a talented and experienced team whom I have every confidence will continue to produce best in class work for our clients in the next few months. I am so excited to have the opportunity to refuel my brain and enhance my original degree in Sociology and Anthropology adding Behavioural Science to my capabilities.”

Isaacs role is currently limited to the 6 month interim position, however WhiteGREY has said it will issue further announcements in due course.
