IKEA promotes storage solutions with toy robot in latest spot

IKEA has promoted its storage solution products by using a toy robot to clean up the living room in an extension of its ‘The Best Day is the Everyday’ brand platform.

Created by The Monkeys, the new autumn retail campaign aims to promote the ways in which IKEA can solve many storage issues family households have.

Kristin Bengtsson, national marketing manager at IKEA, said in a statement: “We’re very happy with this playful autumn campaign and hope it will inspire many Australian families to find the happiness to be had in the everyday when things are stored away and clutter-free.

“The aim is to free up more time to be able to focus on the fun stuff in life.”

Barbara Humphries, creative director at The Monkeys, added: “IKEA’s products have so much character and usefulness, it’s a real joy to be able to bring those features to life each season.”
