Ikon takes consumers into the kitchen in new Kettle Chips campaign
Snack Brands Australia has launched a new campaign for its Kettle Chips brand promoting the process with which flavours are developed using rhyme.
Created by Sydney’s Ikon Communications, the ads chart the journey of developing flavours with Australian actor Max Cullen providing the voiceover for the campaign.
The relaunch of the brand will include TV, radio and out of home and will be supported by in-store sampling.
Ikon executive creative director, Rob Martin Murphy, said the agency tried to capture essence of the brand.
“We really enjoyed relaunching the Kettle brand with our full-service team and Mark and Jen from Snack Brands,” Murphy said.
Snack Brands Australia marketing director Mark Fryday said the relaunch was an important moment for the brand.
“The campaign is a declaration of Kettle’s devotion to crafting the best tasting chips,” Fryday said.
“It has a nod to the brand’s strong heritage, though it is done in a contemporary way and aims to appeal to those interested in quality food, made with care.”
