Digital Coordinator

This division of the business specialises in high-end commercials, branded content, and creative storytelling.

Position Summary
We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and tech-savvy Digital Coordinator to support our post-production team in the short form division and provide a welcoming front-of-house experience for our clients and guests on a need’s basis.
This is a hybrid role that blends high end technical post coordination with studio and client-facing responsibilities — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves keeping things running smoothly for their teams, and enjoys being both behind the scenes and front of house.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Production Coordination
• Ingest and prep rushes and assets for editors and assistants
• Set up and manage project folders, proxies, and post timelines
• Export and compress deliverables across formats and platforms (broadcast, social, digital, OOH)
• Liaise with producers, editors, and clients on versioning, changes, and delivery schedules
• Quality check files before delivery and manage uploads via delivery platforms (Adstream, Frame.io, Extreme Reach, Vimeo, etc.)
• Maintain clean and logical media storage, naming conventions, and archiving processes

Studio & Front of House Support
• Greet clients and visitors, manage bookings for suites and client sessions
• Support interstate operations for projects, teams and clients
• Set up and maintain client-facing edit or grade suites (refreshments, tech readiness, room resets)
• Provide basic troubleshooting or escalate tech support requests
• Assist with general studio operations, stock management, and keeping common areas tidy and professional
• Act as a friendly, informed point of contact for visitors and remote clients

Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a post-production, studio, or media environment
• Strong understanding of short form post workflows, file formats, and delivery specs
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro and Media Encoder)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and file management
• Clear communicator with a warm, client-facing approach
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a deadline-driven setting
• Calm under pressure and proactive when things get busy

Bonus Skills
• Familiarity with delivery platforms like Adstream, IMD, and Frame.io
• Basic knowledge of colour, sound or VFX workflows
• Experience in hospitality or client service roles
• Interest in progressing within the post-production or production industry
