Sales Executive/New Business Developer

My client is a successful online learning agency who design and create digital online educational and training programmes for their large Retail, Automotive and FMCG clients.  They are looking for a professional Sales Executive or Business Development Executive grow their client base and obtain new business.

They are a close-knit team of educators, designers, developers and filmmakers crafting digital design and online learning solutions for their clients.  It is a creative, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will need to have a min of 2 years’ proven experience of winning new business and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPI’s and have worked with large B2C retail and FMCG clients.  This role requires someone who has the experience to grow and build their client base.  You’ll need to have brilliant communication skills, be a go getter with a goal orientated attitude and the ability to work independently, write proposals and do presentations to clients.  You’ll be happy to oversee the production and budgets of the projects you’ll be onboarding, ensuring that they are delivered on time and budget.

Familiarity with the education environment is a bonus.  This is a role requires you to work independently, have strong commercial acumen and be goal orientated, persistent and hardworking.  You need to have a passion for sales and in particular, be excited to sell what this company can offer their clients.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, market research and market mapping
  • Business development calls and networking
  • Face to face meetings and presentations
  • Account management overseeing of projects

Salary $55 – $60K + commission
