MySpace launches mobile ads

Social media portal MySpace has launched targeted display advertising for its mobile platform, which receives about a third of a million Australian visitors a month.  

myspace-mobileAccording to the company, it is delivering about 85m pages per month of the MySpace mobile service, which is a stripped down version of MySpace.  

On offer are display ads on high traffic pages for a CPM of $25, or a brand microsite package

The main  ays the MySpace mobile site is being accessed is through applications on the likes of the iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Telstra Hiptop platforms; via telco’s own mobile portals or directly via a mobile device browswer
