NYC Tourism picks exclusive ANZ partner for 2024 global campaign

New York City Tourism + Conventions has selected boutique travel agency network, Travel Associates, as its exclusive 2024 global campaign partner in Australia and New Zealand after a competitive pitch process.

Travel Associates will activate the campaign through a unique content strategy, shining a light on NYC’s luxury experiences and hidden cultural gems.

The content will be curated by a professional travel editor from the agency’s network, and will include everything from the best cocktail bras, cafes, experiences and secret locations across the city.

“We are so pleased to launch our global tourism campaign in Australia – a market representing an estimated 586,000 visitors to New York City this year,” said Nancy Mammana, chief marketer of New York City Tourism + Conventions.

“NYC is home to a multitude of unique luxury experiences, which we look forward to showcasing to Australian travellers alongside Travel Associates and their expert advisors.”

The agency will also design one of its exclusive ‘Signature Itineraries’ for NYC, a one-of-a-kind luxury holiday, bespoke to travellers needs.

“This is a fabulous opportunity for our business,” Rachel Kingswell, general manager of Travel Associates AU/NZ, explained.

“Our entire advisor network is excited to be part of this New York City campaign for 2024 and share more luxury hidden gems with their clients.

In addition, Travel Associates will host a series of trade and client events across Australia in 2024.

The campaign will launch later this month, across OOH in major cities, digital, print and social media channels.
