‘Our perfect moment is when you have yours’ says Princess Cruises in Symphony of Service campaign

Princess Cruises and Mediacom’s specialist creative division Mediacom Beyond Advertising have launched a brand campaign which aims to promote the company’s “world-class service”.

Titled ‘Symphony of Service’, the ad was filmed on board the Majestic Princess and endeavours to show potential customers the type of experience they will receive once on board.

Ben McCallum, Mediacom Sydney’s general manager, said in a statement: “Our team is full of dedicated experts in the travel industry and this timeless piece of work showcases the strength of our full-service offering across creative and media.”

The campaign will be airing across TV, print, cinema, digital and social media.

Nick Ferguson, director of sales and marketing at Princess Cruises, added: “We wanted to focus on what makes Princess different and not only is it the backdrop of the beautiful Majestic Princess but we also wanted to put our crew, and service, front and centre, as it’s what makes a Princess cruise so unique and memorable.”
