Stoneleigh creates art with wine

Stoneleigh has recruited a visual artist and a sound architect to make art out of the winemaking process.

Digitas created a 60-second film called ‘Original Art by Stoneleigh’ which uses only sounds and images made from wine.

As part of the campaign, Electric Collective also created a wine-tasting exhibition in which the 60-second film was the centrepiece.

Simon Brock, creative director at Digitas, said in a statement: “Stoneleigh Wild Valley wines are both rich and complex – each one an original, wild fermented work of art.

“Our idea captured the essence of the product to create an ode to Stoneleigh’s minimal winemaking philosophy and craft.”

Rohan Nayee, global marketing manager at Pernod Ricard Winemakers, added: “In search of a distinctive way to express the unique nature of Stoneleigh Wild Valley, we partnered with Digitas to bring to life the raw beauty of Wild Fermentation.

“The unexpected and visually impactful filmic experience the agency orchestrated was unlike anything else I have seen at a wine tasting event.”
