The Lab announces two major hires for its team

The Lab has made two major senior hires to bolster the agency’s clients.

The announcement:

The Lab, Australia’s leading independent insights and strategy agency, has announced two senior hires to build new capability that will help their clients unlock human and customer understanding at scale.

James Rochlin joins to lead and grow the Lab’s quantitative capability and team. James is a seasoned quantitative consumer strategy practitioner with over two decades of experience. He will take the Lab’s existing approach to insights and human understanding through culture and behavioural science and provide advanced quantitative solutions.

Professor Matt “M@” Kuperholz also joins as The Lab’s data, analytics and technology advisor, and is a pioneer in Data Science focused on AI since the late 90s. He has over 20 years of experiences leading Data Science teams in Big 4 consultancies and has been recognised as one of Australia’s top analytics leaders. He is also a professor of practice at Deakin University, working with the Centre for AI and the Future of Business in the Business and Law school.
