When most companies think of search marketing they think about how they can get one up on competitors.
But when you’re a company used to dealing with millions of customers and thousands of complaints every day, it pays to think outside the box and buy up some extra search terms on Google.
Which is why Dr Mumbo was impressed to see what came up when he looked up the term ‘Telecommunications ombudsman’:
