Our main objective is to provide delicious and nutritious homestyle cooking with restaurant flair.TCD Catering has professionally experienced & trained chefs.
Jason Green director and executive chef has worked at, Rockpool with Neil Perry, Wockpool with Kylie Kwong and worked at large commercial kitchens such as Park Hyatt and NSW Parliament House. In the past, Jason has also catered for major publishing houses such as ACP & News Magazines events for editors at magazines such as Vogue Entertaining & Good Taste at the Food & Wine Show Sydney.
