During this time I worked with a number of companies involving event planning and promotional activities. My duties entailed:
Events organiser: Producing events and workshops
Organising parties for companies and launching of new brands of products
Merchandising
Brand Ambassador
Promotional events
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
Tracking all event materials required on-site
Travelling to on site inspections and project managing events
Control of budget
Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
Post-event surveys
