The South Australia Public Sector Senior Officer and Executive Level Leadership Forum 2016 is the premier event for aspiring South Australian Upper Grade leaders and Executive Officers to listen to the advice and experiences of established Public Sector frontrunners, who are driving change and reform at the executive level. In addition to developing leadership skill-sets to equip you for the demands of executive level leadership, participants will discover strategies and techniques for building and motivating a proactive and high performance team.
