Bupa, Medibank, National Heart Foundation and Mahlab complete the Health Marketing Summit program
The National Heart Foundation’s CIO, Shane Riddle, will detail how the organisation consolidated its data to achieve a single view of its customer at the Mumbrella Health Marketing Summit.
Riddle and his team were on a mission to control customer data and personas regardless of current or future tech stack decisions, all the while protecting their customer’s data. He will also explain the results and efficiencies the National Heart Foundation has achieved from the project.
The Mumbrella Health Marketing Summit will take place on August 23 in Sydney. The full program is available to view now with tickets available here.
Also confirmed to speak is Lucy Coggan, head of engagement marketing at Bupa, and Fiona Le Brocq, general manager of marketing at Medibank. They will join the panel discussing health insurance’s quest to engage, not just gain, consumers.
The powerhouse panel will also feature HCF’s Yasmina Pinto and Jennifer Williams of Compare the Market, both of whom also have first hand experience marketing a product that is often thought of as more of a necessity for tax purposes than anything else.
In another newly announced session, Mahlab’s founder and managing director, Bobbi Mahlab, will present a case study on its award winning work for WA-based health insurance provider HBF called DirectAdviceforDads.com.au.
Since launch, Mahlab and HBF have won numerous awards for DirectAdviceforDads.com.au including at the Content Marketing Awards in the US. In the session, Mahlab managing director Bobbi Mahlab will present a case study on the partnership and explain how and why it has been so successful.
The Mumbrella Health Marketing Summit takes place at the Amora Hotel Jamison in Sydney on August 23. Tickets are on sale now.
