SparkleRyda Photography

SparkleRyda Photography is husband and wife team Tony and Tina Ellis. Tony is the principal photographer, and Tina is the business manager. Tina is developing her photography skills and provides a second roaming photographer, invaluable at events. We specialise in a photojournalistic approach, which provides more natural smiles, poses and reactions. We find that particularly with children, this approach yields beautiful, creative results, with comments from parents along the lines of “That’s her real smile. I can never get that on camera!”

Our craft is important to us, as are the relationships we build with our clients. We love the word of mouth referrals we get from our satisfied customers, and love that we’ve shot a couple’s wedding, then come back for the pregnancy photos, then the baby photos. We shoot weddings, portraits, and have extensive experiece shooting corporate events.

Why are we called SparkleRyda? The name is a mix of our nicknames, and shows our commitment to each other and our photography, and is pronounced along the lines of Sparkle Rider 🙂
