Cutting Edge appoints Andrew Knox to Sydney GM

Post production house Cutting Edge has appointed Andrew Knox to Sydney General Manager role.  Knox is a former GM of Euro RSCG Australia and most recently contracted at Noble Brands Worldwide.

Cutting Edge has announced the appointment of Andrew Knox as Sydney General Manager in a move designed to bolster their commitment to delivering exceptional creative and exceeding clients’ expectations.

The former GM of Euro RSCG Australia, and most recently contracting at Noble Brands Worldwide, Knox brings with him a wealth of experience operating in creative businesses.

Michael Burton, Cutting Edge CEO, said that Knox was a natural fit for the business and brought with him a broad and real understanding of what makes the communications industry tick.

“An unwavering dedication to creativity and customer service is what we look for in our leaders, and Andrew brings that in spades,” said Burton.

“Plus, as we celebrate our 20th year, we’ve got a real eye to the future, and people of his caliber match our vision”.

During his tenure at Euro RSCG Australia, Andrew was responsible for clients such Novartis, Sydney IVF, Sanofi-Aventis, Reckitt Benckiser, Volvo, Schering Plough and Sydney Water.

Prior to advertising, Andrew forged a stellar career in Marketing, having worked as Marketing Manager for clients such as Boots Healthcare, Danone Group and Johnson & Johnson.

Knox said he was delighted to be joining Cutting Edge Sydney and leading such a creative team.

“I’ve been greatly impressed by Cutting Edge’s high quality work and client service ethos for many years, and I’m excited to now be a part of it”, he said.
