Enero Group agencies scoop up creative and digital accounts for Clear Skincare

Australian cosmetic clinic chain, Clear Skincare, has appointed Enero Group’s BMF and Orchard to its creative and digital accounts, following a competitive pitch process.

The appointment marks the first creative and digital partnerships for the brand, with the agencies set to oversee the development and launch of a new brand platform, and also evolve Clear Skincare’s digital and customer experience.

The skincare clinic brand has more than 95 clinic across Australia and New Zealand, with general manager Andrew McInerney noting that BMF and Orchard will be key to Clear Skincare’s next stage of brand evolution.

“With complementary, yet specialised areas of expertise in the creative and digital space, we are excited to see the Orchard/BMF team build upon the connection from brand to CX across the entire customer journey.”

Richard Woods, general manager of BMF, added: “We are excited to be partnering with Clear Skincare in the next phase of their brand growth and can’t wait to get started on helping them to develop a Long Idea. Working as one-team with Orchard will make it easier to communicate through every touchpoint and showcase the power of a Long Idea in delivering business results.”

Wai Kwok, CEO of Orchard, commented: “Partnering with Clear Skincare gives us the opportunity to create value through meaningful connected experiences. And we’re excited to partner Clear Skincare and BMF to create genuine value and growth through a mix of digital platforms, content, and social outreach to further differentiate the brand.”

The appointment comes as Energo Group last week extended the contract of CEO Brent Scrimshaw for a further three years, at the same time initiating on-market buy-back activities in response to the group’s share price, which chair Ann Sherry said did “not reflect” the business’ “strong financial success”.

Last month BMF executive creative director, Pia Chaudhuri, departed the agency to take up a new role at Lego’s in-house agency in Denmark.
