Former NAB marketer joins Ampersand

Recruitment firm Ampersand has appointed former NAB marketer Dimitra Fourtzis as practice director – marketing & digital.

Ampersand Executive, Search & Advisory, one of Asia Pacific’s leading specialist Executive Recruitment, Search and Consulting firms, has appointed Peter Woodward, Search Partner & APAC Practice Director – Human Resources and Dimitra Fourtzis, APAC Practice Director – Marketing & Digital to help drive growth in the two key portfolios.

Both executives arrive with blue chip corporate experience operating at senior Head of Function levels in human resources and marketing respectively.

As the Search Partner & APAC Practice Director – HR, Peter Woodward joined Ampersand from global recruitment firm Talent2, and together with his former HR leadership experience from organisations including Coles and K-Mart, he is charged with delivering global search assignments for clients operating across Asia Pacific.

Further strengthening Ampersand’s offering, Dimitra Fourtzis joins Ampersand’s leadership group from the National Australia Bank (NAB), where she enjoyed a highly successful career leading both consumer and business bank marketing functions over her fifteen-year tenure.

“The skills required to be a successful marketing executive in today’s commercial environment are continually evolving, with a profound emphasis on digital, social and large customer data sets.  Having led high performing marketing teams at NAB, I know intimately the nuances of this sector and understand the demands and challenges facing top executives in these important functions.
