Account/Project Manager $65-75K + Super

Reporting to the brilliant Client Services Director and supporting 3 Account Directors, you will be responsible for:

– Daily client liaison, ensuring client requirements are delivered to tip-top standards
– Supporting the delivery of multiple projects on brand, on time, and within budget
– Supporting the AD’s in the management of stills photography shoots, from start to finish
– Seeking to understand the client’s brand, business strategy, market, and competitors
– Attending internal weekly WIP and client briefings
– Job management: timelining, tracking, invoicing, filing, updating WIPs, & contact reports

– 2+ years of account management experience coming from a creative agency
– Proven track record of working on a sizeable client in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
– Good understanding of design principles and photo shoot experience (desirable, not mandatory)
– Curious, constantly learning, and seeking to make a positive difference
– Collaborative team player
