Marketing Coordinator


Centro ASSIST is a part of the Holocentric family, dedicated to Disability Service Providers delivering online business tools for NDIS service providers. Holocentic is a leading Australian software company, providing world-class business management systems and for over 18 years has served a wide range of industries; health, finance, defence, aerospace, utilities, transport and government. Long standing clients include Qantas, Westpac, Sydney Water, Australian Defence Force and Icelandair.

Building on Holocentric’s core strengths and expertise in Business Management Systems and knowledge of the NDIA, we decided to help NDIS providers navigate the complexities of compliance, within this heavily regulated NDIS environment. We believe the NDIS can only succeed if there are sufficient providers delivering quality services across the country in a safe and reliable manner.

Centro ASSIST is designed to minimise business overheads by taking a digital approach to sharing policies, processes, documents and information, so NDIS providers can focus on what they do best for participants, efficiently and sustainably.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the team in the development, implementation and coordination of marketing plans and activities for our new product Centro for NDIS Service Providers.

Responsibilities include:

*Support the Marketing Manager with campaign and marketing strategy execution
*Manage, maintain and analyse insights on social media, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other platforms as required
*Manage, maintain and analyse insights on CMS and CRM platforms
*Coordinate plans for lead capture and nurture campaigns to acquire sales
*Implement retention strategies and liaise with the Customer Support Team
*Undertake customer, competitor and industry market research
*Create marketing collateral for digital and print
*Write blogs, website content, newsletters, eDMs and ad copy
*Plan, coordinate and attend marketing events
*Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders


To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

*Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Advertising/Media or Communications
*Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
*Passionate about digital marketing and social media
*Innovative and creative thinker
*Takes initiative and has a desire to continuously improve processes
*Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
*Preferred but not required experience in using digital advertising platforms, CMS, CRM and Adobe CS
