MediaMonks makes three key hires, formally launches Australian creative operations

MediaMonks has announced three new hires as it formally launches creative operations in Australia.

Kim Jerbo, Shea Warnes and Mark Shunji Davies are joining the creative digital production arm of Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital, as the agency continues to bolster is capabilities in the market.

Jerbo takes on the role of creative director APAC, having previously been digital creative director at Leo Burnett Sydney. He has over 12 years experience in the industry having worked with R/GA and AKQA across various global markets.

Warnes has been hired as strategy director, having come to Sydney after working as a digital strategist for several years in London. He’s worked with Havas, VMLY&R and DDB since arriving in Australia.

And Davies joins the team as an executive producer, having previously been at Grumpy Sailor, 303 MullenLowe and Imagination.

The new hires follow Sir Martin Sorrell’s recent announcement of plans to rebrand MediaMonks and MightyHive and create a “unitary structure”.

Speaking at Mumbrella360, the S4 Capital founder and executive chairman said the plan is that the rebrand will coincide with the 20th anniversary of MediaMonks in 2021.
