Tom Williams enters the Classic Rock garden
Former tradie and Dancing With The Stars contestant Tom Williams will host a weekly lifestyle show for Classic Rock FM.

Tom Williams will join Classic Rock FM to present a weekly lifestyle show from Saturday 12 March at 10am.
The Tom Williams Show will focus on entertainment, lifestyle, music, topical news, health and fitness and anything in between. The two hour show will air on Classic Rock 91.5FM (Melbourne) and Classic Rock 95.3FM (Sydney) on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm.
A carpenter by trade, Tom has built an impressive television career as a reporter on The Great Outdoors, host of The Mole, a member of Channel Seven’s broadcast team for the Winter Olympics in Italy and he won Dancing with the Stars in 2005. A keen snowboarder, competitive lifesaver and surfer, Tom is no stranger to adventure.
Tom Williams said, “I’m very excited about the radio show. Ten years in TV and no one has ever given me my own show, let alone my name in the title! Now I step into radio and my new boss says “we want to call it The Tom Williams Show”…..radio….I like you!”

The Tom Williams Show launches on Classic Rock 91.5FM on Saturday 12 March from 10am.

The new classic rock fm show featuring Tom Williams and Kate is just awful!
The typical listener to this particular station ONLY wants to hear great rock MUSIC!. The new station has done a great job entering successfully a tight market and has got a good following. Why is C.R Fm introducing rubbish, lame brain talk to a perfectly good and unique format? Really! If I wanted to listen to stupid topics about weather, weekends, boring interview advertisements and T.V shows I’ll listen to talkback……and they do it so much better! JUST PLAY MUSIC…..I am not interested in listening to a very dull, slowtalking radio amateur and the token high pitched female who don’t seem to know the demographics they are yabbering on to. Get them off……It was great to start Saturday mornings with “funky, up beat” music played LOUD to get everyone going! Hopefully ‘day one’ as Tom keeps stressing will just be a one day wonder!
