Producer / Account Manager – Contract

We are excited to work on this role of midweight Producer / Account Manager – be a part of this independent creative agency based in Surry Hills, Sydney. This agency works with some of the biggest names in social media and has recently seen some exciting new clients join the roster. This is an excellent and well-established team with a great down-to-earth culture and brilliant projects.
You will have 3-5 years of experience in a Producer and or Account Manager role. On the daily you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and utilising HubSpot to optimise marketing and sales processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking and analysing performance metrics and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient project management and strategic communication.
The position will start as a full-time, 3-month contract with the potential for extension to a permanent role. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
