About the job

The role is Account Manager ready to step up or Senior Account Manager to work across a variety of clients, reporting into a Senior Account Director.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about marketing, communications and creating great connected experiences for our existing and new tech clients. You’ll be building solid client relationships and project managing digital, social, brand and ABM campaigns.

The role is to:
• Build relationships with your clients and be responsible for the day to day project management of digital, social, brand and ABM campaigns across 2-3 clients.
• Be responsible for keeping campaigns on track, ensuring they are delivered on time with a focus on effectiveness and profitability on a project by project basis
• Be part of a high performing, award-winning team, working closely with strategy, creative teams, media and production.

You will:
• Be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years’ creative agency experience, ideally from a digital background
• Exhibit strong self motivation, exceptional project management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset, with experience in B2B communications, but not essential.
• Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients
• Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
• Be happy working from home 2 days a week as well as working with the team in our Redfern office from Tuesday through to Thursday.
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a passion for continuous learning and growth.
