Berlei uses women bouncing on yoga balls to highlight the importance of wearing sports bras
Host Sydney has completed its first work for Berlei lingerie after winning the account in November.
The Bounce campaign was completed with Host’s creative partner Parlour and sees two women bouncing on yoga balls in sports bras.
The aim of the campaign for the Pacific Brands-owned Berlei is to illustrate the support given, and importance of wearing a sports bra when exercising.
Host Suzie Shaw, managing director of Host said: “It’s a new, fresh and fun campaign for Berlei and has been a great way to start the new working relationship between Host and Pacific Brands.”
Emily Small, marketing manager of Berlei, said: “We wanted to talk to women at a time of year when getting fit and healthy is most relevant to them. We all make New Year’s resolutions to look after our bodies and a Berlei sports bra is crucial to protecting even smaller breasts when exercising.”
The integrated campaign takes in TV, cinema, out of home, print, point of sale and digital.

More seriously, a fun, insight-led campaign, albeit similar to the other PacBrand, Bonds. Nice.

Given what it is selling, why choose models that are a B cup at most?

What about women with normal sized breasts, where do they buy a sports bra?

@Juan Ignatio, are you suggesting that women with 12B breasts are not normal? Not very nice.
P.S. Love the ad.

Does any other ladies out there think those woman are not a b cup? I am thinking A cup? I would like to see how these bra’s work with a C& D cup. Now that would be a site to see if these bra’s work!

I’m with you, c cup girl and The Accountant. Where’s the challenge?

Interesting what girls have to say. Cup size didn’t register with me but was the first thing my wife noticed. Wonder if they got too carried away with being Bond-like and forgot who they’re really talking to?

Why doesn’t the ad show women who have breasts bigger than an A cup? Or maybe there might be some bouncing go on!

Those girls do look like ‘A’ cups. Put two ‘C’ cup girls on bouncy balls and do the commercial again. Clever marketing….but can’t pull the wool over my eyes.
