Kerrie McCallum to leave InStyle

Kerrie McCallum is to depart as editor of InStyle, Pacific Magazine has announced. She will remain at the helm until October.

Fiona Legdin, publisher of InStyle, said: “Kerrie has helped drive InStyle to new heights over the past four years. We wish her well.”

Pacific Magazines has started to seek a successor to edit the title.

McCallum has previously worked for magazine titles including Elle and Shop Til You Drop.

  2. Sad news but really, every month the magazine has had a product given away with it this year…doesn’t look good for sales, doest it? Obviously circulation is hurting. It’s a slippery slope…is she jumping out of a sinking ship?

    Ive raised my eyebrow about a few things in issues over the last year or so, the latest one no differnt. It sites Shelly Barrett as an Instyle Woman of Style, so clearly the magazine doesn’t take a journalistic approach to reaserch. A lot of people out there know the really story. Not the PR puff piece. Kerrie your readers deserve more than that.

    Anyway, good luck with whatever you do, I have for the most part enjoyed the magazine under your editorship.
