Client Success Co-ordinator – We are looking for someone passionate about our customers!

We are looking for a Client Success Co-ordinator to join the team in our Sydney office. This role is varied, will expose you to many different functions and has a great career trajectory into many different areas in the company.

A bit about us…

EdApp is an award winning microlearning SaaS platform with offices in the New York, London, and Sydney. Our platform is experiencing rapid growth with over 35,000 lessons completed a day. Ed takes a mobile-first, microlearning approach to workplace learning, bringing the instantaneous and ‘now’ element of the smartphone to corporate training. It is an integrated authoring platform and learning app that produces world class learning in rapid time. We are in the early, exciting stages of scaling and establishing ourselves as the new microlearning platform.

About the role…

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing great experiences to our clients, but also the people using our platform. On any given day, your responsibilities might include:

– Customer support – Assisting our Account Managers, being a day to day liaison with our clients on various projects and campaigns, and the first level of support through our customer live chat functionality. You care about customer satisfaction and advocacy!

– Project Co-ordination – You will assist in managing client delivery of projects from estimation to client delivery. Getting exposure to how large corporate clients deliver training programs to their customers across the world. For example – one of the clients in Australia administers training to a team of people in Russia! You will keep client projects on track against timelines, ensuring tasks are opened with correct and comprehensive detail
– Generating reports – You will be generating reports – mainly on completion rates of learning. You will be required to analyse these reports and reporting on any foreseen issues and results to our customers

We are looking for someone who….

– Likes the idea of working on multiple projects across different teams. You’ll need to be able to work independently, organising your own time to effectively complete your work.
– Has high attention to detail – As you will be directly interacting with customers, he cost of mistakes in the work you are doing can be high, so you’ll need to have attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
– Has drive & resilience – We operate in a fast paced and high pressured environment. You’ll need to have persistence and resilience in the face of obstacles and client concerns, and able to accept and learn from any feedback. You will also need to be driven to execute as that is one of our company values!
– Has strong written communication skills – You’ll need to be able to clearly express yourself in written form using correct spelling and grammar.
– Enjoys creative problem solving – You’ll be working in a new area of our business, so you’ll need to create new and unique solutions to problems, rather than learning how to apply an existing approach. You won’t stop until you have solved the problem!

You will be successful in this role if you…

– Enjoy customer service and business development
-Love taking ownership of accounts and are passionate to help our clients deliver their projects
– Have strong communication skills and can hold conversations with senior client contacts
– Have ideally worked in a SaaS software company before using tools such as Jira, Slack & Trello (But not essential)
– Have proven ability to work well in a team environment
– Have strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
