Account Director

Traffic Brand Agency in Sydney is experiencing rapid growth in their brand new offices in Darlinghurst. Our capabilities span traditional advertising, social, content, branding, design, and product innovation. You will be working on some of the world’s biggest and most well known brands.

The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the brand transformation and creation for 3 of Australia’s most recognised brands. Transport / Property / Luxury / Homewares

Managing and nurturing a small team, ensuring the development of their skills
Developing integrated strategies and presenting those to senior clients
Taking ownership of financial forecasts for your accounts to ensure the profitable delivery of effective work
Assessing the value the agency adds to every brief

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 2+ years at Account Director level Brand Agency
Experience in brand environment
5 years Design or Advertising agency experience.
Deep understanding of all major brand advertising, design, social and digital marketing channels
Adaptable and collaborative
Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
